Shopify merchants can install Scan2Ship from the Shopify App Store.

What does no-click label printing mean?

With AutoPrint configured, scanning the order barcode can prepare and print the label without repeating the usual label-printing clicks. Available automation depends on your shipping setup.

Do I need a scale?

No. A connected scale is optional.

Do I need a barcode scanner?

No. Start by entering an order number, then add a compatible 2-D scanner when you want the faster scan-to-ship workflow.

Can I use my existing shipping setup?

Yes. Scan2Ship supports Shopify, Crew, ShipStation, EasyPost, and ShipBae (Gori). You may be able to keep the shipping setup you already use.

How can I get Scan2Ship with my subscription included?

Choose Crew as your shipping provider and your Scan2Ship subscription is included. Contact us and we'll help you determine whether Crew is a good fit and help you get set up.

How quickly can I get started?

Try the basic workflow with your existing computer and printer, then add scanning or an optional scale later.

Do I have to use Crew?
